Decoding electromagnetic radiation emmited by computers and cel phones

There is a huge amount of electromagnetic radiation emmited by cars, airplanes, computers, phones, TV and radio stations, etc., which seems that no one has used it in a constructive way. Besides, this information is free and disapears right away. This radiation can be recorded in a data base and can be used to extract information. Each radiation has its own signature, which can be extracted by a neural network. This way, one can distinguish between the radiation emmited by a laptop during a mouse click, or during hovering over a link. Hence, you can spy on your next door roomate computer activity.
